The Marquez Knolls Property Owners Association (MKPOA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and encouraging “the preservation of the beauty and healthful environment of the residential subdivisions located in the Marquez Knolls area of Pacific Palisades, CA, by informative, educational, mediational, and other lawful activities for the benefit of the residents of the community.”

Rebuilding Together
Following the devastation of the Palisades Fire, MKPOA supports affected homeowners in the rebuilding process and is here to help old and new homeowners rebuild and repopulate. Several of MKPOA Board members are also have significant roles on the Pacific Palisades Community Council (PPCC) and are members of the Palisades Recover Collation.
Events
Since the fire, the MKPOA Board of Directors meets weekly by Zoom and all residents are invited to join. MKPOA also has an annual membership meeting and historically has held an annual block party with both our residential owners and business owners and is a long standing participant in the Pacific Palisades Fourth of July Parade.

At MKPOA, we are dedicated to addressing a variety of issues that impact our community. Our focus includes protecting scenic views, facilitating fire rebuilding efforts, zoning regulations, and neighborhood security.
